Mac & Cheese 
 Jalapeño Poppers

Start to Finish: 45 minutes

Makes: 30 servings

1 package (14 oz.) Kraft® Deluxe
   Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
48 Ritz Crackers; finely crushed
     (about 2 cups, divided)
1 Egg; beaten
4 Slices Bacon; cooked & crumbled
2 teaspoons Pickled Jalapeño
   Nacho Slices; drained & chopped
4 oz. Pasteurized Prepared
    Cheese Product, cut into 30 cubes
Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Prepare macaroni & cheese in a large saucepan as directed on the package. Stir in 1 cup ofcracker crumbs, egg, bacon and jalapeño peppers until well blended, then cool for 20 minutes.

2. Using 1/4 cup macaroni mixture for each ball, shape into 30 balls. Insert 1 cheese product cube into center of each ball, completely enclosing cheese cube. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs until evenly coated. Place in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.

3. Heat oil to 375ºF in deep fryer or 3 inches of oil in a large saucepan. Add balls, a few at a time; cook 2 minutes or until golden brown. Drain well. Serve warm.
