Memphis-Style Smoked Sausage and Cheese Topper Prep Time: 15 minutes

| INGREDIENTS |
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. package) Kraft Cheddar Cheese; cut into 12 slices 1/2 lb. Kielbasa; grilled until done, cut into 24 slices |
24 Ritz Crackers 1 teaspoon Paprika |

| DIRECTIONS |
| 1. Cut each cheese slice in half. Place 6 crackers on microwaveable plate and top each with 1 sausage slice and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. 2. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
3. Repeat with remaining ingredients. |
