| INGREDIENTS |
3 tablespoons Butter; divided 3 Granny Smith Apples; peeled & cut into thin slices 4 cups Post Selects Great Grains-Raisins, Date & Pecan Whole Grain Cereal; divided

2 Golden Delicious Apples; peeled & cut into thin slices 1/2 cup Family Gourmet Sugar 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1 frozen deep-dish pie crust (9-inch); thawed |

| DIRECTIONS |
| 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in large skillet on medium heat, add apples, and toss to coat. Cover with lid and cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until the apples are tender, stirring frequently. 2. Add 2 cups of cereal, sugar and cinnamon and mix lightly. Spoon mixture into the pie crust and level the top with the back of a spoon. Cover with the remaining 2 cups of cereal. Melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over the cereal topping.
3. Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust and top of pie are lightly browned, covering loosely with foil after 30 minutes. |
