1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place a paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
2. Combine and bake the cake mix as directed on box for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then remove from pans to a cooling rack. Cool completely, for about 30 minutes.
3. Frost the cupcakes with frosting, then top each cupcake with 2 tablespoons of the cereal. Sprinkle with glitter and store loosely covered.
