Beef Taco Bake 


Prep Time: 15 minutes

Start to Finish: 45 minutes

Makes: 6 servings

1-1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1 can (14-3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed
   Tomato Soup
1-1/2 cups Pace® Chunky Salsa or Picante
3/4 cup Milk
8 Flour Tortillas (8-inch) or 10 Corn Tortillas (6-inch);
   cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off fat.


2. Stir soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 cup cheese in skillet. Spoon beef mixture into 3-quart shallow baking dish. Cover baking dish.

3. Bake 30 minutes or until beef mixture is hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
