Cheesy Chicken &
   Rice Casserole

Start to Finish: 1 hour 20 minutes

Makes: 6 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 can (14 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed
Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Water
1-1/4 cups Uncooked Regular Long-Grain White Rice
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper®
3 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
6 Chicken Breast Halves, Boneless, Skinless
3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Stir soup, water, rice, onion powder, black pepper and vegetables in 3-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.

2.Season chicken with additional black pepper. Cover baking dish.

3.Bake at 375°F for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Sprinkle chicken with cheese and let stand for 10 minutes. Stir rice before serving.
