1. Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray and set aside.
2. Cook the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through and no longer pink, then drain.
3. Combine sausage and all remaining ingredients in the slow cooker.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 6 hours. Stir before serving.
