1. Mix ground beef, onion, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl until well blended.
2. Shape into 4 patties and sprinkle with additional seasoned salt (optional) before grilling.
3. Grill over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature 160°).
4. Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, for about 30 seconds or until golden brown.
5. Serve burgers on toasted rolls. Garnish with desired toppings and condiments.
