Zesty Pork Chops

Makes: 4 servings (about 1 cup each)

4 (about 1-1/4 lbs.) Bone-In Pork Chops
All-purpose Flour
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar; packed
1 Apple; peeled, cored and
   cut into 1/4 in. thick slices
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1. Coat the pork chops with flour. Combine the picante sauce, brown sugar and apple slices in a medium bowl.

2. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook until well browned on both sides. Pour off any fat.

3. Pour the picante sauce mixture over the pork chops. Reduce to low heat. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
