1. Heat oven to 300°F. 2. In a large bowl, mix popcorn, Bugles®, pretzel sticks and Cheerios®. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Drizzle over popcorn mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
3. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, stirring twice, then cool. Store loosely covered at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
