Snowman Cake

Makes: 16 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® White Cake Mix
   *Water, Vegetable Oil and Eggs
   called for on Brownie Mix box

2 medium (6 inch) Candy Canes; unwrapped
2 flat-bottom Ice Cream Cones ®
Vanilla-flavored Candy Coating; melted
1 container (1 lb.) Betty Crocker®
   Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
2 Pretzel Rods

1 bag (7 oz., about 2-2/3 cups) Flaked or®
   Shredded Coconut
5 Large Black Gumdrops, 1 Large Orange Gumdrop,
   7 Small Black Gumdrops
1 roll Betty Crocker® Fruit by the Foot® Chewy
   Fruit Snack (any red flavor from 4.5 oz. box)
2 Crème-filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies®
Black Shoestring Licorice
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Bake and cool the cake mix as directed on box for 2 (8 or 9-inch) round cake pans.

2. Meanwhile, cover a 18x10-inch tray or cardboard with foil. Attach a candy cane to each ice cream cone using melted candy coating to make ice skates and let stand until set.

3. Arrange cake rounds with sides touching on tray for snowman body and head. Frost with the frosting, sprinkle with coconut and press in gently.

4. Use large black gumdrops for eyes and buttons, large orange gumdrop for nose, small black gumdrops for mouth and fruit snack for scarf. Place cookie on each side of "head" for earmuffs; attach with shoestring licorice. Arrange pretzel rods for arms and cones for ice skates.
