Chili Tomato Snacks

Makes: 8 servings

INGREDIENTS
1 can Chili
1 jar Vine Ripe Salsa
1 package Refrigerated Biscuits
3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Family Pantry Cooking Spray
Sliced Jalapeños (optional)
 
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oven to 400°F.

2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Separate biscuits and place one in each muffin cup, pressing dough to bottom and up the sides.

3. Place 1 tablespoon chili in each cup followed by 1 tablespoon salsa and sprinkle top with cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until biscuits are browned. Garnish with sliced jalapeños (optional).
