Baked Buffalo Chicken

Baked Buffalo Chicken


  • 1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese or crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 8 oz. each, halved
  • 5 tsp. Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 8 burger-size potato rolls or hamburger buns


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise with pepper sauce and cheese in medium bowl.
  3. Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan. Evenly top with half of mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  4. Bake 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Spread toasted buns with remaining mayonnaise mixture. Serve chicken on buns.
