Family Dollar Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any merchandise purchased at a Family Dollar Store, please return the merchandise to any Family Dollar Store within 30 days of purchase.
- With original receipt, items will be exchanged for other merchandise item(s) or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Without original receipt, items will be exchanged or refunded at the lowest advertised price. Refunds will be issued as a Family Dollar merchandise return card.
- Any food items purchased and returned without a receipt can be exchanged for other food items only. A return card will not be issued.
- Customers may make up to 3 item returns without a receipt within a 30-day period.
- Any Medical Items purchased with a Medicare or Medicaid OTC benefits card and returned without a receipt can be exchanged for other medicinal items only.
- Refunds or exchanges will not be provided on Gift Cards, Prepaid Financial Cards, Alcohol, Lottery and Tobacco products. We do accept refunds on Prepaid Wireless Cards.
- Electronics/Heaters/Air Mattresses Return Policy
- Unopened merchandise with original receipt may be exchanged or returned.
- Opened merchandise with original receipt may be exchanged for same item only.
- Merchandise (opened or unopened) without original receipt may not be returned or exchanged.
- Airbeds must be returned to Kentex Corporation 888-220-2207, customerservice@KentexCorp.net.
- Must have original box and receipt 15 days from purchase.
Family Dollar Brands Guarantee: If customers are not completely satisfied, the package can be returned within 30 days to any Family Dollar store for a refund (with receipt) or an exchange.
