LOSS PREVENTION “JET” PROGRAM – Internal LP Mentorship Program
The Loss Prevention JET program is a structured mentorship (12 – 18 months) that includes reading material and hands on experience. It teaches many of the skills needed to become a successful Loss Prevention professional. While the mentorship does not guarantee a position within the Loss Prevention Department, the competencies learned will enhance team members’ career development.
